On September 7, 2011, Florida’s Fourth District Court of Appeal reversed a summary judgment against the defendants, Gary and Anita Glarum, due to a robo-signed affidavit. Bloomberg reported that Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac are considering proposal from the Obama administration that would permit borrowers to refinance.
