Our firm is representing dozens of homeowners in the foreclosure litigation process. Our attorneys and paralegals will prepare you for the mediation by meeting with you, gathering the required financial documentation, and assist with preparing the proper forms and schedules. Mediation has been a successful method for modifying mortgages in default and dismissing the foreclosure lawsuit filed against the client. Modifications can result in substantially lowered payments and potentially a principal forebearance or deferment.
